Director – The Director of the organisation is Dr Sajid Khan, who is responsible for the leadership, management development and transformation of our care team. He directly overseas the functioning delivery of person centred care and handles the business decisions and strategic planning of the organisation.
Registered Manager –Dr Sajid Khan is registered with CQC as registered manager at Medinova Healthcare Ltd. Dr Khan has over 15 years of experience in Health & Social Care Management in the UK. He has been registered by CQC as registered manager in different organisations. Dr Khan has his proven track record of maintaining good CQC ratings since 2008. He has worked and supported elderly people, people with Learning & Physical Disabilities and Mental Health problems with complex needs.
Care staff Team- Our care staff team consists of Team Leaders, Senior Support Workers and the Support Workers. All of our staff members are qualified NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care or with at least 2 years of experience in care. All the staff members have completed their mandatory trainings. They have their clear DBS checks.
